What's the difference between MyBBWebHost and any other web host?

Our servers are fully compatible with MyBB, and are made to run as fast as possible. Our hosting plans are made with forums in mind, so you can save money. And most importantly, our staff team is made up of MyBB-savvy webmasters who know almost everything there is to know about MyBB, so you can get support for just about any MyBB-related question.

Can I only host MyBB on MyBBWebHost?

Of course not! While our hosting is targeted toward MyBB, any other PHP/MySQL script should run just as well (including WordPress, Joomla, phpBB, vBulletin, etc.) However, we choose our staff specifically for MyBB support, so we may not be able to provide support for some 3rd party scripts.

So are you just another MyBB forum host?

Lately, many of our visitors have mistaken us for just another forum host - where you can create a MyBB forum without additional server access. This is all FALSE. MyBBWebHost is a normal web host with cPanel, and can easily support just about any type of website. The difference is that our support staff are specially trained in dealing with MyBB-related support. Of course, that's not to say we aren't any less knowledgeable with other scripts.

Is MyBBWebHost affiliated with the MyBB Group?

MyBBWebHost is not affiliated with MyBB, the MyBB Group, or any of MyBB's subsidiaries. However, we do have some support staff that do happen to be official staff on MyBB!

How does MyBBWebHost accept payments?

At the moment, we accept PayPal and AlertPay to process to our payments. You do not need to have an account at either of these payment processors; both accept most major credit and debit cards.
