Service Level Agreement
MyBBWebHost strives to bring you and your forums 100% uptime, and we manage to meet that goal every month.
MyBBWebHost guarantees a minimum of 99.9% server uptime for each month. We are so sure that we can offer you such a high standard of service, that if our server doesn't meet our expectations, then the hosting is on us.
MyBBWebHost will credit you with 10% of your monthly bill for for every 15 minutes of downtime (up to a max of 100% of your monthly bill).
We only have the following exceptions to this SLA:
- Downtime due to Customer Fault
- Downtime due to Maintenance of our Network
- Voluntary Downtime (such as downtime associated with service upgrades) - Will Be Announced Beforehand
- Downtime due to DDoS, Attacks, Exploits or Hacked Servers.
- Downtime due to Natural Disasters (Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tornadoes, etc.)
Credits awarded to an account can be used to pay future invoices for hosting services. Credits can be combined with earnings from our Affiliate Program, and can be cashed out through PayPal once a value of no less than $20 USD is reached.
