Service Level Agreement

MyBBWebHost strives to bring you and your forums 100% uptime, and we manage to meet that goal every month.

MyBBWebHost guarantees a minimum of 99.9% server uptime for each month. We are so sure that we can offer you such a high standard of service, that if our server doesn't meet our expectations, then the hosting is on us.

In the event of hardware failure, MyBBWebHost promises replacement and the server to be back online within an hour of identification. MyBBWebHost will credit you with 5% of your monthly bill for for every 15 minutes of downtime (up to a max of 100% of your monthly bill) past the hour.

We only have the following exceptions to this SLA:
• Downtime due to Customer Fault
• Downtime due to Maintenance of our Network
• Voluntary Downtime (such as downtime associated with service upgrades) - Will Be Announced Beforehand
• Downtime due to DDoS Attacks, Exploits or Hacked Servers.
• Downtime due to Natural Events (Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Tornadoes, etc.)

Credits awarded to an account can be used to pay future invoices for hosting services. Credits can be combined with earnings from our Affiliate Program, and can be cashed out through PayPal once a value of no less than $20 USD is reached.
